What is the difference between Datacenter, ISP, Residential and Mobile?

Datacenter IPs are hosted in commercial facilities: fastest and cheapest, but more likely to be flagged by aggressive anti-fraud systems. ISP proxies are static addresses registered to a consumer internet provider — they combine datacenter speed with residential trust. Residential proxies route through genuine home connections and support city-level targeting. Mobile proxies exit through carrier-grade NAT, giving the highest trust score and the lowest block rate.

Which protocols are supported?

Accepted Answer

HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5. Authentication is always username/password, and IP whitelisting is available on request for dedicated plans. Each plan page lists the protocols included.

Can I choose a specific country, city or subnet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Country selection is available on every plan at checkout. City-level targeting is available on Residential and Mobile plans, and subnet selection can be requested from your dashboard once an order is active. If you need a specific ASN or a large contiguous block, open a sales ticket and we will confirm availability before you pay.

Is there a concurrency or thread limit?

Accepted Answer

Every endpoint allows hundreds to thousands of simultaneous connections depending on the plan — the exact figure is listed on each plan card. There is no per-request charge and no traffic cap. If you need to push beyond the published limit, contact support; higher limits are granted free of charge for dedicated IPs.
