History
We publish every incident that affected customers, including the ones we would rather not.
A supplier access switch experienced packet loss affecting a subset of Frankfurt static ISP endpoints. Affected customers were proactively offered free replacements and the subnet was moved to a healthy pair. No data was lost and no orders failed.
What we hold ourselves to, and how we measure it.
| Metric | Target | Measured |
|---|---|---|
| Endpoint availability (monthly) | 99.5% | 99.6% last 30 days |
| Provisioning success rate | 99.0% | 99.4% last 30 days |
| Median payment-to-delivery | 60 seconds | 11 seconds |
| Support first response (urgent) | 1 hour | 22 minutes median |
Carrier-side rotation of a mobile pool delayed provisioning by up to 9 minutes. Orders queued rather than failing, and all were delivered within the hour.
A configuration change to the session store caused intermittent login failures for 26 minutes. The change was reverted, sessions were re-issued, and a guardrail was added to the deploy pipeline.
