Everything about how we deliver proxies, how payments work, what happens when something breaks, and what we will not let our network be used for.
Use a unique password of at least 10 characters (we enforce a strength check), never share your API keys, and use per-project keys so a leaked key can be revoked without disabling your whole integration. Sessions are httpOnly, server-side and revocable — the button under Settings → Security signs out every device at once.
If an endpoint never becomes reachable, or is dead on arrival, we replace it free of charge within 48 hours of purchase. If we cannot supply a working replacement we refund that endpoint in full to your account balance, or to the original crypto address on request. Because proxies are delivered instantly and consumed on delivery, we cannot refund the unused portion of a rental period once the endpoint has worked. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
You are renting proxy endpoints: an IP address plus a host, port and username/password pair. Every endpoint is provisioned on a dedicated IP pool sourced from our wholesale supply partners. Bandwidth is unmetered on every plan — you are billed for the number of IPs and the rental period, never for traffic.
We accept cryptocurrency through Paymento, a non-custodial payment gateway: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20), Litecoin, Tron and Solana, among others. The exact list is shown on the hosted checkout page and depends on which assets are enabled for our merchant account. You can also top up an internal balance and pay instantly from it.
Datacenter IPs are hosted in commercial facilities: fastest and cheapest, but more likely to be flagged by aggressive anti-fraud systems. ISP proxies are static addresses registered to a consumer internet provider — they combine datacenter speed with residential trust. Residential proxies route through genuine home connections and support city-level targeting. Mobile proxies exit through carrier-grade NAT, giving the highest trust score and the lowest block rate.
First, run the built-in connection test from Dashboard → Proxies; it performs a real TCP handshake and reports latency. If that passes but your client fails, check that your client speaks the plan's protocol (HTTP vs SOCKS5), that credentials are URL-encoded, and that your local firewall or antivirus is not intercepting the connection. If the test fails, use the Replace button on the endpoint — it is instant and free within the first 48 hours.
