Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• “Service” — the website, dashboard, API and proxy endpoints we provide.
• “Endpoint” — a single proxy address we allocate to you, identified by host, port and credentials.
• “Term” — the prepaid rental period you select at checkout (5, 30, 90 or 360 days).
• “Supplier” — the upstream network operator from whom we obtain the IP addresses we resell.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit us from dealing with you, or if we have previously terminated your account for abuse.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, for keeping your password and API keys confidential, and for everything done through your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it is being used for a prohibited purpose, where required by law, or where the account is being used to attack our infrastructure or a supplier’s network. Where practical we will tell you why.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown per endpoint for the selected Term, in US dollars, and exclude any taxes that may apply to you. Volume discounts are calculated in the cart and shown before payment. An order is only accepted when payment is confirmed; until then it remains in an awaiting-payment state and the endpoints are not reserved indefinitely.

We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is fulfilled. If we cannot fulfil an order because the requested endpoints became unavailable, we will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund.

5. Payments and cryptocurrency

Payments are processed by Paymento, a non-custodial crypto payment gateway. We accept the assets displayed on the hosted checkout page. The exact amount of crypto due is calculated and displayed by Paymento at the moment you choose an asset, and is only valid for the payment window shown.

• You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network. Sending an unsupported asset, or the right asset on the wrong network, may result in permanent loss of funds that we cannot recover.
• Network fees are set by the blockchain, not by us, and are your responsibility.
• Orders are fulfilled once the network reaches the confirmation threshold. If you pay after an order has timed out, contact support with the transaction hash and we will resolve it.
• Crypto payments are irreversible. Because we cannot reverse them, our refunds are made to your account balance by default, or to the original sending address where feasible and where you request it.

We may also offer an internal balance you can top up and spend. Balance is a credit against future orders, is not a bank deposit, and carries no interest.

6. Delivery and provisioning

Provisioning is automated and normally completes within seconds of payment confirmation. Credentials are published in your dashboard. You are responsible for retrieving them; we may also email a link to the dashboard.

Delivery times are targets, not guarantees. Supplier-side stock outages, scheduled maintenance or blockchain congestion can delay provisioning. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours we will offer an alternative or refund the affected order in full.

7. Endpoint replacement and availability

If an endpoint is unreachable on delivery, or stops working within 48 hours of purchase for reasons within our control, we will replace it at no cost. If we cannot supply a working replacement we will refund that endpoint.

We target 99.5% monthly availability per endpoint but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Residential and mobile endpoints in particular depend on consumer devices that may go offline without notice; rotation and replacement remain available in those cases.

Endpoints that are blocked by a third-party site are not a defect. Anti-fraud systems change constantly and no proxy provider can guarantee acceptance by any particular target. We publish guidance on which IP class to use for which purpose in the FAQ.

8. Renewals and expiry

Each endpoint expires at the end of its Term unless auto-renew is enabled. With auto-renew on, we attempt to charge your balance 24 hours before expiry.

If the balance is insufficient and the endpoint reaches expiry, it is released back to the pool and the IP address cannot be recovered. Once released, an IP may be allocated to another customer.

9. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and with all applicable law, including the law of the jurisdiction in which the endpoint is located and of any third-party platform you access. Breach of that policy is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. API access

API keys are personal to your account. You must keep them secure, must not embed them in client-side code that is publicly distributed, and must revoke any key you believe has been exposed. We may rate-limit API access to protect the platform. Circumventing rate limits or using the API to attack the platform is a breach of these terms.

11. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during your Term. You may not resell endpoints as a standalone proxy service without a reseller agreement, reverse engineer the platform, or use our branding without permission.

12. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, that any endpoint will be accepted by any particular website, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. We exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, and (b) US$100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform bans, blockchain congestion, or your failure to secure your credentials or API keys.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or of applicable law, or from content you submit — including reviews that are defamatory or unlawful.

15. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. Prepaid Terms are not refunded on voluntary closure, except where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these terms, breach the Acceptable Use Policy, attempt to defraud us, or if we are required to by law. Where a suspension is for a curable breach we will usually give you the opportunity to fix it first.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Service or the law. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service before the change takes effect.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Before starting proceedings, please raise the issue with support — most disputes are resolved in a single thread.
