How do I secure my account?

Use a unique password of at least 10 characters (we enforce a strength check), never share your API keys, and use per-project keys so a leaked key can be revoked without disabling your whole integration. Sessions are httpOnly, server-side and revocable — the button under Settings → Security signs out every device at once.

Do you allow all use cases?

Accepted Answer

No. Our networks may not be used for fraud, spam, credential stuffing, accessing child sexual abuse material, or any activity that is illegal in the jurisdiction of the endpoint or of the customer. Abuse reports are actioned within one business day and confirmed abuse results in immediate termination without refund. See the Acceptable Use section of our Terms of Service.

Which logs do you keep?

We keep the minimum needed to operate the service: account details, order history and provisioning metadata. We do not retain browsing destinations or payload contents. Connection metadata is retained for a maximum of 30 days and only used for capacity planning and abuse investigation. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

How do I contact support?

Open a ticket from Dashboard → Support — tickets are answered in order of priority, with a first-response target of 1 hour for urgent issues and 12 hours for normal ones. Every ticket keeps its full history in one thread, so you never have to repeat yourself.
